Role Overview: We are hiring a smart Coordinator to support our team in managing and onboarding DSA codes with various banks and NBFCs. The role involves basic coordination, documentation, and follow-ups with lender teams. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) of banks/NBFCs - Coordinate with RMs to get data of ZSMs, and National Heads from Banks and NBFCs - Collect, compile, verify, manage and submit documents required for DSA code activation and onboarding - Maintain a tracker of active/inactive codes and SPOC details - Track activation status & maintain lender contact lists - Follow up regularly for activation status and portal access - Schedule and follow up on calls/emails with lender teams - Occasional fieldwork – visiting banks or NBFCs for document submission or coordination as needed. - Prepare weekly updates for the team - Assist in process mapping and standard operating procedures (SOPs) creation What We’re Looking For: - Strong communication & follow-up skills - Smart with Excel/Google Sheets - Self-driven, proactive and higly organized; able to follow up consistently - Interest in finance/fintech preferred - Prior experience in banking/finance/operations is a plus (not mandatory) - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment - Hustler mindset with interest in fintech - Available to join immediately Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work Location: In person
